RescueMe PLB1

The RescueMe PLB1 is the smallest PLB from Ocean Signal. This innovative product, with a 30% smaller size than comparable other PLBs, is equipped with an antenna that is easy to pull out. The RescueMe PLB1 is easily attached with a clip on the blower pipe of all inflatable life jackets. The PLB1 can also be worn on a belt. A neoprene pouch provides buoyancy. The RescueMe PLB1 can be carried simply and unobtrusively by the crew on all types of ships.

The PLB1 device communicates the position of the drowning person in distress via 406MHz to the Cospas-Sarsat satellite system. Once the rescueMe PLB1 is activated, the 121.5MHz Homing signal will send accurate position information for the search and rescue services.
