Nemad Group undertakes social responsibility

Nemad is not only investing in our own company, are also socially involved in our immediate area with projects focusing on education, employment, sports and health. This all from our philosophy; the long term interest of all stakeholders is a common interest.

Nemad in the middle of our society

In order to keep considering our near society we started a partnership with foundation ‘’De Betrokken Spartaan’’. This foundation tries to stimulate near society by starting projects aimed at reintegration for long termed unemployed, obesities and stimulating children to sport.

As a KC Handel recognized learning company, we partnered up with several regional organizations. We provide internships and accompany to steady work. We also work with Feyenoord Jobscorer, Sagen and Foundation Daad Werkt.

Furthermore, Nemad has received the 'partner in social entrepreneurship' certificate from Stroomopwaarts, a part of the Rijnmond Employer Service Point, for hiring people who are at a distance from the labor market.

ISO standards and certifications

To turn our words into actions we have qualified ourselves for EN ISO 9001 and the EN ISO 14001 to obtain certificates. Gaining the certificates is a guarantee the company for fills certain standards, but at Nemad we see it as a logical extension of our business philosophy. We strive to carry out those standards daily. In addition, we also follow the guidelines of ISO 26000.
