SOLAS Liferafts TO Ocean Safety

The Ocean Safety SOLAS Liferaft is built to the more advanced buoyancy of 82.5kg per person to meet the MSC.295(87) regulations. This ensures that one buoyancy tube can support the whole liferaft compliment.
This model is manufactured using the latest Neoprene Rubber and features a thermal floor and inflatable boarding ramp, providing a flexible but strong means of entry into the liferaft.
A range of liferaft cradles and stowage racks are available to suit all deck layouts.

The A-pack is suitable for international journays with a long durations whereas the B-pack is suitable for shorter journeys. The difference is in the contents of the pack.
